Amendment to 2019 reporting calendar
Cambridge (UK) 26 February 2019: Global Graphics PLC (Euronext: GLOG) amends the date of publication of its annual report and financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2018 (“Annual Report”) to 27 March 2019.
The increasing uncertainty about the UK’s decision to leave the EU (“Brexit”) with a deal or no-deal has potential implications on the Company’s regulatory framework, which may have an effect on the Annual Report and the ability for the auditors to sign the audit report. To mitigate that risk and ensure that the Annual Report can be delivered without complication or being affected by Brexit, the Company will now publish the Annual Report after market close on Wednesday 27 March 2019.

Annual General Meeting
There is no change to the expected date of the annual general meeting (“AGM”). The Company expects to hold its AGM on Wednesday 15 May 2019 in Brussels. The meeting’s timing, venue, and final agenda will be provided in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
